Compliance with the UK GDPR shall be evidenced by reference to a data protection compliance folder in the Adonia filing system. This shall include this statement, the data policy and any supporting information.

Adonia collects a variety of information that you provide to us for the purpose of our performing the services we provide to you.

Without your specific essential information we cannot provide you with the services you have requested or you may be limited in your use of the services

This information may include Names, Addresses, Medical health consultation records, Telephone numbers, Treatments undertaken, Client notes and emails.

We also collect, with your permission, optional data to contact you about Adonia news and offers which clients only receive if they have opted in. If you have not indicated a preference to opt in we shall assume that you have opted out.

We also collect CCTV images for the purposes of crime reduction and public health and safety.

None of the above data shall be copied to third parties and is held securely.
